The Family Literacy Workshop Series is a ten week-workshop to promote, facilitate and support the develpment of a family reading routine in the home. Makes use of bilingual, culturally relevant children's literature and storytelling.

Develop a passion for reading
Development of critical thinking skills
Provide a foundation for the development of strong parent communities and parent leadership skills resulting in increased parent involvement at the school site and at home.

SCHEDULE: Friday evenings, ten-week series offered multiple times throughout the year.
